Mr. Chen Zhenhan, born in 1974, Chinese citizen with no right of abode in any foreign country; holding a university degree and a Master’s degree; Senior Accountant; Supervisor, and Head of the Audit and Risk Department of the Company. Mr. Chen was Deputy Manager of the Second Audit Section of the Audit Department; Deputy Manager, Manager and Deputy Director of the Audit Section of the Audit and Risk Department; Manager of the Internal Control Risk Section of China CSR Corporation Limited; Deputy Director of Audit and Risk Department and Manager of Internal Control Risk Section of CRRC Corporation Limited; and Vice General Manager and Financial Controller of CRRC Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. From October 2018 to June 2019, Mr. Zhao was the Head of the Audit and Risk Department of the Company, and has been Supervisor and Head of Audit and Risk Department since June 2019.
