Mr. Shi Jianzhong, born in 1957, Chinese citizen with no right of abode in any foreign country; holding a Doctor’s degree, research fellow-level Senior Engineer, Independent Non-executive Director of the Company, and concurrently External Director of China Electronics Technology Group Co., Ltd., Vice Chairman of China-Russia Commercial Aircraft International Corporation, Ltd., and Director of Aero Engine Corporation of China. Mr. Shi was Vice General Manager of Nanchang Hongdu Aviation Industry Group Company Ltd., Deputy Chief Engineer of China Aviation Industry No.2 Group Corporation, Vice General Manager and member of the party leadership group of China Aviation Industry No.2 Group Corporation, Assistant Governor of Guizhou province (temporary position for one year), and Vice General Manager and member of the party committee of Commercial Aircraft Corporation of China Ltd. Since June 2020, Mr. Shi has been serving as Independent Non-executive Director of the Company.
