Mr. Wang Jun, male, born in 1963 Chinese citizen with no right of abode in any foreign country; holding a university degree and a MBA degree; professor-level Senior Engineer; member of the CPC Standing Committee and Vice President of the Company. Mr. Wang was Director/Chief Engineer, Director/General Manager/Deputy Party Secretary, and Vice Chairman/General Manager/Deputy Party Secretary, and Chairman/Party Secretary of CRS Sifang, also member of the CPC Standing Committee of the CSR Group. He was Vice President and member of the CPC Standing Committee of CSR Corporation from October 2012 to May 2015, and has been a member of the Company’s CPC Standing Committee since May 2015, and Vice President since June 2015. Mr. Wang has been selected to join the National Baiqianwan Talent Project, and he is a State’s Young and Middle-aged Expert with Outstanding Contributions, as well as a winner of Zhan Tianyou Railway Science & Technology Award. Mr. Wang is entitled to the special allowances granted by the State Council.
