Mr. Chen was Vice Manager of Forging Workshop, Manager of Forging Workshop, Manager of Business Planning Department, and Manager of Planning Management Department of Beijing 27 Locomotive Works; Senior Engineer of the Comprehensive Management Department, and Senior Engineer and Assistant Director of the Enterprise Management Department of China North Rolling Stock Industry Group Corporation; Deputy Director and Director of the Legal Affairs Department of China CNR Corporation Limited; Deputy Director (director-level) of the Company’s Legal Affairs Department, Deputy Director (director-level) of the Legal Affairs Department and Employee Representative Supervisor of CRRC Group Co., Ltd; Director of the Company’s Legal Affairs Department, and Director of the Legal Affairs Department and Employee Representative Supervisor of CRRC Group Co., Ltd. He has served as Supervisor and Director of the Legal Affairs Department of the Company since December 2019.
