According to the Measures for the Supervision and Administration of Safety Production in Central Enterprises issued by the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council, CRRC has established a safety production leadership responsibility system with the main person in charge of the enterprise as the core. Chairman of the Board and CEO of CRRC shall serve as the first responsible persons for safety production of the enterprise, and shall be fully responsible for the safety production of the enterprise. Other members of the leadership team shall be responsible for the safety production within the scope of their responsibilities.
